Cancellation Policy

Cancellations of confirmed registrations are subject to a charge of 100 USD per participant provided the cancellation is received no later than February 28, 2014 with the exception of abstract authors. For cancellations received after this date, no refunds will be made.

Name change
Replacements (=delegate name change) of confirmed registrations February 28, 2014 are subject to an administrative fee of 30 USD per participant.
